Sun Buggie Fun Rentals Legal Stuff   Operating or being a passenger in any ORV entails a certain amount of risk. Operation of any rental equipment is at renter's own RISK. Sunbuggie assumes no liability regarding property damage, loss, theft, or personal injury. Helmets must be worn at all times. Eyewear is required. Damage can exceed the deposit. No checks accepted. Minimum age on most rentals is 18years. (passenger excluded) Operation of off-road vehicles is not allowed North of Pole #2, beyond any fenced areas, on any vegetation, near or at any wildlife, or in any identified archeological or paleontological sites. It is illegal to remove any artifacts from the dunes. The speed limit on the beach or within 150 ft. of any campsite is 15 mph, and must be kept reasonable and within your control on the dunes.
